Location: Muscat, Oman We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented candidate to manage our store operations and handle daily data entry activities for our frozen food business. Key Responsibilities: -Manage daily store operations and maintain proper stock records. -Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and batch numbers of frozen food products. -Maintain accurate records of goods received and goods issued. -Prepare and update GRNs, stock reports, and inventory records. -Enter purchase, sales, and stock data into the computer system (TALLY). -Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and warehouse teams. -Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile stock discrepancies. -Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and temperature control of frozen food products. - Assist with the loading and unloading of goods and ensure products are properly arranged and stored Requirements: -Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or data entry is preferred. -Basic computer knowledge and good MS Excel skills. Experience with Tally or inventory management software is an advantage. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. -Ability to maintain accurate records and work independently. -Experience in FMCG or frozen food is an added advantage. -Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
