URGENT HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER Alfath Industries and Business Co SPC | Oman We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oman, preferably in the construction and contracting industry. Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise all company project sites. - Take full responsibility for overall company operations and project execution. - Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, supervisors, and labour teams. - Manage office operations, payments, accounts coordination, and cash flow follow-up. - Handle purchasing, procurement, material requirements, and supplier negotiations. - Monitor project progress, budgets, expenses, and deadlines. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Ensure proper workforce allocation, material availability, and site productivity. - Identify and resolve site and office issues promptly. - Prepare regular reports on project progress, costs, payments, and material requirements. Requirements - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Oman. - Strong knowledge of construction projects and contracting operations. - Proven ability to manage multiple sites and office activities independently. - Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. - Strong knowledge of project costing, procurement, payments, and resource management. - Must be trustworthy, proactive, organized, and capable of taking full responsibility for company operations.
