Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticket Agent in Muscat. The Ticket Agent will be responsible for ticket sales, communication with customers, reservations, and sales activities. The role requires providing excellent customer service in assisting customers with ticketing inquiries, processing ticket sales, and managing reservations effectively.
Qualifications
Ticket Sales and Customer Service skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience in reservations and sales
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of ticketing systems and procedures
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry of at least 5 years
Excellent command of English
