Job Title: Retail Manager – Photography, Printing & Business Development Location: Muscat, Oman About the Role: We are hiring a dynamic, results-driven Retail Manager to oversee our network of six photography, printing and service stores across Muscat. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of six retail stores - Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction - Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets - Control inventory, stock levels and expenses - Recruit, train, supervise and motivate store staff - Set performance targets and conduct regular evaluations - Develop and grow the B2B printing and corporate services business - Acquire new corporate clients and key accounts (government, educational and private sector) - Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements - Conduct client visits, outdoor sales and marketing activities - Monitor competitors and market trends - Prepare sales, operational and performance reports for senior management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field - Age below 35 years - 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in printing, photography or digital services - Proven B2B sales and business development experience - Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills - Good analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems - Valid GCC/Oman driving license preferred Compensation: Competitive salary package, performance incentives, company benefits and career growth opportunities.
