Key Responsibilities * Source and list properties for sale and lease in Muscat communities. * Market listings, handle enquiries and conduct viewings. * Build and maintain a client base of buyers, tenants and landlords. * Negotiate offers and close sales and lease transactions. * Follow each transaction through to completion and keep records up to date. * Meet monthly listing and closing targets * Male candidates only. * Own car and valid driving licence. * Familiarity with sales and real estate, including the Muscat market. * Valid Driving licence, or willingness to obtain one. * Fluent Arabic and English; strong communication and negotiation skills. * Professional, reliable and target-driven.
