Skills: Strong knowledge of preparing various types of coffee (Specialty Coffee, Espresso, Hot & Cold Beverages). Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a friendly and polite attitude. Hygiene: High attention to detail with strict adherence to cleanliness and health standards. Flexibility: Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve beverages accurately according to the café’s high standards. Daily operation, calibration, and maintenance of the espresso machine and other equipment. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure outstanding customer service.
