Key Responsibilities Beverages: Dial in espresso daily; prepare consistent espresso, specialty filter (e. g. , V60), and signature cold drinks to exact recipes; execute proper milk texturing. Operations: Maintain, clean, and backflush bar equipment (espresso machine, grinders); keep workstation sanitized; monitor bar stock levels (beans, dairy, packaging). Customer Service: Take orders via POS, handle cash/card transactions, assist guests with recommendations, and manage peak-hour rush efficiently. Skills Required Solid knowledge of coffee extraction, grind adjustments, and milk steaming. Fast, organized work pace with strong team spirit.
