Description
I Have works for position at Synconex Pvt as a NOC Monitoring since last 4 year. Working responsibility:
Provisioning of VOS3000 Soft switch.
IP (Routing/ Mapping) configuration & troubleshooting.
Configuring new route list and testing for specific destinations.
Providing L3 Support to the queries of clients to resolve the query.
Operating the VOS3000 Soft switches to maintain Route Changing, ASR (Answer Seizer Ratio) and ACD.
Monitoring all the calls originating and terminating from the soft switch or gateway.
Monitoring and testing the A-Z destinations with appropriate route for Parameter like PDD, ASR ACD and checking the voice quality as well as provide escalation Support.
Dealing with termination providers for all types of Technical (Network-related) issues through portal.
Customization of CDR and scope of work documents.
Previous I had works in PTA as MTO (Sep 2016 To Sep 2017) in Internet Policy & Web Analysis (IPWA) division Department. I have skills and sufficient training necessary to fill this position and be a valued member in your worthy organization. I consider myself an appropriate match according to your requirement.
I am aware of various skills including knowledge of computer applications, software, operating system (XP, Window 8, 10), hardware operation and network configuration. I am highly skilled in using Microsoft office application (Word, Excel and Power Point). I can operate all types of computers and equipment. I can contribute in the growth of your organization.
