Position: Civil Engineer – Structural & Site Execution We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise civil and structural works for villa construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, practical site experience, and the ability to manage construction activities efficiently while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage day-to-day civil and structural construction activities at the site. * Read, interpret, and understand architectural and structural drawings. * Prepare material quantity calculations and estimates for concrete, reinforcement steel, blocks, cement, and other construction materials. * Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Check reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, and other structural activities before inspections and casting. * Prepare daily progress reports and maintain proper site records. * Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and efficient use of materials. * Identify site issues and coordinate practical solutions to avoid delays and material wastage. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Proven experience in villa construction, particularly civil and structural works. * Good knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Ability to calculate material quantities and prepare accurate quantity take-offs. * Strong site management, supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory. * A valid driving licence is required. * Ability to manage site activities independently and coordinate effectively with the project team. * Indian candidates are preferred. * Candidates with relevant villa construction experience in Oman or the GCC will be given preference.
