Food and Beverage Supervisor with Driving License Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor . l candidate will bring a passion for the food service industry and a proven track record of exceptional leadership, with at least 9 years of supervisory experience. A valid driving license is essential for this role, as duties may include overseeing deliveries and transportation-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department and ensure the highest standards of service. Oversee the staff's training and performance, providing coaching as necessary to ensure a well-equipped team. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the restaurant and bar areas. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus, manage inventory, and control costs. Liaise with suppliers and vendors, and handle the procurement of stock, including driving to pick up supplies as needed. Organize and oversee shifts, scheduling, and staff assignment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Conduct regular inspections of the food and beverage facilities to maintain quality and service standards. Implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain records and prepare reports on staff performance, sales, and inventory. Requirements: Minimum of 9 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership abilities with proven success in managing a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. A valid driving license with a clean driving record. Strong understanding of food service regulations and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle difficult situations with poise. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Qualifications: High school diploma required; further education in hospitality management or a relevant field is preferred. Food Safety Certification. First Aid and CPR training is a plus.
