FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE – OMAN Location: Oman Salary: OMR 350 + Accommodation Requirements: Degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is mandatory Candidates currently available in Oman preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Professional and pleasant personality Strong customer service and patient-handling skills Good computer and administrative skills Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests Handle front-desk operations, inquiries, and appointments Manage patient registration and related documentation Coordinate with various hospital departments Attend to calls, emails, and customer queries professionally Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front-office operations Handle patient/visitor concerns and provide appropriate assistance Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment
