As Group Finance Director for holding company, My responsibilities include IFRS reporting and consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financing, taxation, internal controls, and board reporting. I lead finance teams, strengthen financial governance, standardize reporting across entities, and provide analysis that supports investment decisions and operational performance.
My previous experience includes PwC, Oman’s Ministry of Finance,and -related assignments. I hold OACPA Expert membership. I would welcome the opportunity to contribute my leadership, technical expertise, and commercial understanding to your organization.
