Bartender with attractive look and great speech, strong personality with good selling skill and most important to have a charisma, knowledge in mixology. (Salary upon interview and your experience. ) Job Type: Full-time The Requirements • Excellent communication skills • (at least 4 years) Previous bartending experience in a fine dining restaurant or lounge environment is preferred. • Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Relevant certifications are a plus. • Fluent (or native) English language speaker or Arabic, Russian, Hindu. . . any extra languages are a plus. . . • Passion for excellent service • Excellent team player • Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service. • Prepares the bar for the opening and closing of the restaurant in accordance with the checklist. • Serves guests, consistently the steps of the service. • Prepares drinks and cocktails, strictly following recipes and cooking technologies. • Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations. • Create and update drink menus based on seasonal ingredients and trends.
