Role: Experienced Barista
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a full menu of hot and cold espresso-based beverages, drip coffees, and specialty drinks.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of coffee dialing-in, extraction, milk steaming techniques, and free-pour latte art.
Follow correct beverage preparation sequences and standard beverage routines to ensure quality and speed during peak service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area while strictly adhering to food safety standards.
Deliver excellent customer service with a welcoming attitude.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a barista in a high-volume or specialty coffee setting.
Proficiency in milk texturing and latte art (heart, tulip, rosetta, etc. ).
Strong understanding of espresso extraction variables (grind size, dose, yield, shot time).
Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
