Location: Salalah, Oman
We are looking for an experienced Workshop In-Charge to take full responsibility for managing and supervising our steel fabrication workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, review and manage shop drawings and technical plans.
* Supervise the execution of fabrication works according to approved drawings.
* Manage and monitor all workshop workers and daily activities.
* Control and coordinate materials, quantities and availability.
* Oversee the entire steel fabrication process.
* Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of work.
* Plan and coordinate workshop production activities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in steel fabrication workshop management.
* Strong knowledge of technical drawings and fabrication processes.
* Excellent leadership and workforce management skills.
