Location: Muscat, Oman
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented candidate to manage our store operations and handle daily data entry activities for our frozen food business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and maintain proper stock records.
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and batch numbers of frozen food products.
Maintain accurate records of goods received and goods issued.
Prepare and update GRNs, stock reports, and inventory records.
Enter purchase, sales, and stock data into the computer system.
Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and warehouse teams.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and temperature control of frozen food products.
Requirements:
Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or data entry is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and good MS Excel skills.
Experience with Tally or inventory management software is an advantage.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accurate records and work independently.
Experience in FMCG or frozen food is an added advantage.
