Role Overview As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through various immigration programs, assessing their profiles, and converting leads into clients. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective clients interested in immigration and visa services. Provide expert consultations regarding immigration pathways, eligibility criteria, and requirements. Understand client profiles, address concerns, and guide them through the enrollment process. Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets. Maintain accurate records of client communications and follow-ups in the CRM system. Requirements Gender: Female applicants only. Language Proficiency: Fluent and professional communication skills in both Hindi and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus). Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven sales or customer service experience (background in immigration, travel, or consultative sales is highly preferred). Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills with a customer-first attitude.
