Source potential candidates through various channels (e. g. , job boards, social media, networking)
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers
Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
I have 4 years of experience in Dubai as a sales representative and 5 years of experience as a remote business manager for a USA-based company.
