P MEP Design & Drafting: Preparation of detailed MEP engineering drawings, system layouts, coordinated drawings, and construction documentation in accordance with project specifications, applicable codes, and industry standards. MEP Design Software: Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP for 2D drafting, 3D modelling, BIM coordination, design development, and preparation of construction drawings and technical documentation. HVAC Design & Load Calculations: Experience with HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) for HVAC cooling and heating load calculations, equipment sizing, and energy analysis to support efficient HVAC system design. Lighting Design & Simulation: Utilization of DIALux and Relux for lighting calculations, illumination level assessments, lighting layouts, lux level simulations, and verification of lighting design compliance with project requirements. ELV System Design: Preparation and coordination of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) system designs, layouts, and drawings, including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, data and voice networks, public address (PA), intercom, and other security and communication systems, using relevant design and drafting software as required. BOQ & Quantity Take-Offs: Preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material schedules, and quantity take-offs based on approved drawings, design documents, and project specifications. Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Preparation of project cost estimates, material cost analyses, and budgetary assessments to support project planning, procurement, and cost control. Technical Documentation & Submittals: Preparation, compilation, review, and management of technical reports, design calculations, equipment schedules, material submittals, technical specifications, and project documentation.
