EXPERIENCE OVERVIEW:
• 5+ years of experience in business Intelligence as ETL Informatica PowerCenter developer and Informatica Cloud (IICS).
• Gained 18 months of hands-on exposure dealing with Power BI to generate business insightful reports.
• Extensively used Informatica PowerCenter 10. x/9. x as ETL tool for extracting, transforming, and loading from various source data inputs to various targets, in batch.
• Experience in relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server and snowflake.
• Good experience in handling various source/target systems including XML/Flat files/Databases using PowerCenter/Informatica IICS.
• Developed complex mappings using almost all transformations in IICS like Source, Target, Aggregator, joiner, Normalizer, Sequence, Lookup, Hierarchy Builder, Hierarchy Parser, Java, SQL, Data Masking and Transactional Control.
• Experience in IICS Application Integration components like Processes, Service Connectors, and process object etc.
• Technically experience building data integration processes by constructing mappings, tasks, Taskflows, schedules, and parameter files.
• Experience in developing application integration using SOAP/REST APIs, APIs leveraged to integrate multiple systems.
Engaged in analyzing business requirements in the context of BI and creating data models to transform raw data into relevant insights.
Successfully created dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.
• Experience in Informatica PowerCenter or IICS, AWS cloud platform.
• Experience working in end-to-end implementation of IICS.
• Willing to cross skill on new Integration technologies.
• Working with data storage systems like Snowflake, GCP, Salesforce and Assure.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience in working with Add-on connectors for IICS.
• Experience in integrating data from flat files - fixed width, delimited, XML by using various transformations available in Informatica such as – Source qualifier, XML parser transformation.
• Used various Informatica PowerCenter transformations such as – source qualifier, aggregator, update strategy, expression, joiner, lookup, router, sorter, filter, Normalizer transformation, XML Parser to perform various data loading and cleansing activities.
• Used various performance techniques in Informatica such as – Tuning at source/target/transformation level.
• Extensive experience in developing various tasks, workflows, worklets, mapplets and mappings.
• Extensive knowledge on debugging of Informatica mapping/workflows, unit testing of the mapping/workflows.
• Extensively used Informatica repository manager for exporting / importing of workflows. Workflow monitor for workflow status.
• Extensive Experience on different types of dimension tables – type 1 dimension, type 2-dimension.
•Extensive hands-on experience crafting Oracle SQL queries to accurately retrieve and validate the necessary data sets. TECHNICAL SKILLS:
