The company provides all-encompassing business consultancy services in the fields of tax consultation, accounting, auditing, and financial accounts preparation. ALFarooq aims to assist organizations in outperforming in the challenging market-place by offering audit & assurance, tax, finance & accountancy, and incorporation & investment services.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies within the organization. Your day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing HR processes, handling employee grievances, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in Muscat.
Qualifications
Experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
Knowledge of HR policies and practices
Strong understanding of human resources concepts and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in HR software and systems
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Muscat
Relevant HR certifications or qualifications
