Location: Oman
Salary:
OMR 250 + Accommodation OR
OMR 300 All Inclusive
Requirements:
Any Degree
Minimum relevant experience in Oman hospitals is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant and pleasing personality
Good customer service and patient-handling skills
Professional, friendly, and well-groomed appearance
Ability to handle guests/patients and address their queries professionally
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth service
Address guest/patient concerns and provide appropriate assistance
Maintain a high standard of customer service and hospitality
Support the hospital’s front-office and guest-relations activities
