The ideal candidate will have strong multi-language programming capabilities and hands-on expertise in developing, customizing, and scaling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. You will play a critical role in architecting robust backend solutions, managing databases, and ensuring seamless integration across various business modules. Key Responsibilities ERP Development & Customization: Design, build, and maintain scalable ERP solutions tailored to business operations. Full Stack Engineering: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across multiple environments using . NET, Python, and Node. js. Database Management: Architect, optimize, and manage relational databases using SQL. Write complex queries, stored procedures, and ensure data integrity and performance. System Integration: Develop secure APIs and web services to integrate third-party applications and disparate systems into the central ERP framework. Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify bottlenecks, debug complex technical issues, and provide long-term software solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at the head office to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications. Required Qualifications & Skills Technical Stack: Proven hands-on development experience using . NET (C#), Python, and Node. js. Database Expertise: Strong command over SQL (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, or MySQL), including database design and query optimization. ERP Experience: Verifiable, hands-on experience in building, implementing, or customizing ERP systems (such as Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom-built solutions). Architecture: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and backend integrations. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to tackling technical challenges. Availability: Must be available to attend a mandatory face-to-face interview in Muscat.
