Indian National
Minimum 5 years experience in field.
Job Responsibility:
a. Construction site full responsibility. (Project Start & Finalize).
b. Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy.
c. Project finance recovery from customer / clints.
d. Cost calculation of the construction material & labor.
e. Order and manage construction materials & labor.
f. Ensuring that their packages are completed on time, in line with legal guidelines and within budget.
g. Supervising staff on site
h. Providing technical advice to subcontractors.
i. Set out the site and do field surveys.
j. Track work progress against the schedule.
k. Solve design or build problems on-site.
l. Oversee daily construction activities.
m. Test materials and check structural work.
n. Inspect work to meet legal and design standards.
o. Enforce health and safety rules on-site.
p. Write daily logs, progress updates, and site reports.
q. Keep records of materials and labor use.
