Job Description: Civil Quantity Surveyor – Post-Tender Position: Civil Quantity Surveyor – Post-Tender Location: Oman Salary: OMR 500–600 per month Experience Required: 5–8 years in Quantity Surveying, including 2–3 years of post-tender experience Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor with strong post-tender expertise to manage project cost control, contractual documentation, quantity verification, and commercial activities for civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions. Prepare and review post-tender cost estimates and quantity take-offs. Analyze project costs, variations, and potential commercial risks. Prepare interim payment applications and evaluate subcontractor payment claims. Monitor project budgets, cost variations, and financial progress. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate records of measurements, valuations, and contractual correspondence. Assist with variation orders, claims, and final account settlements. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or B. E. /B. Tech in Civil Engineering. 5–8 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience. Minimum 2–3 years of post-tender experience. GCC experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, contract administration, and quantity surveying practices.
