JOB DESCRIPTION – CAR MECHANIC Job Location: Oman Salary: 200–250 OMR per month Accommodation: Provided by the company Job Requirements ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a relevant technical qualification. Experience in car servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs is preferred. Knowledge of vehicle engines, transmission, brakes, suspension, and steering systems. Ability to diagnose mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs. Knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance and workshop tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair cars and light motor vehicles. Perform routine servicing, oil changes, and filter replacements. Repair and maintain engines, gearboxes, brakes, clutches, and suspension systems. Identify mechanical problems and recommend appropriate repairs. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot vehicle faults. Replace defective parts and ensure proper vehicle functioning. Conduct final inspections and road tests after repairs. Maintain workshop cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
