Cafe Supervisor (Female)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily cafe operations and staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Manage staff schedules, performance, and training.
Monitor inventory, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Handle cash, sales reports, and customer concerns.
Requirements:
2+ years of supervisory experience in a cafe or restaurant.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
Ability to work flexible shifts.
